Return & Refunds

At Yvaine Couture, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following guidelines for refunds and returns:

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made for items of equal value, subject to availability.
• If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items Certain items, such as intimate apparel or gift cards, cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

6. Warranty Yvaine Couture offers a 6-month warranty on all items against manufacturing defects. If the item is found to have defects in craftsmanship or material, we will offer a replacement or refund.
